Is the Chef preparing food onsite?

Yes, our "resident chef" is cooking onsite at the building, preparing meals on a fresh, made-to-order basis.

Who are your chefs?

All of our chefs have graduated culinary school and average over 8 years experience working as private chefs for large corporations, private clients, and fine dining restaurants.

Is there a delivery fee?

Never. Our service team delivers your order free of charge.

Does the menu rotate?

Yes, our menus change on a weekly basis and maintain a seasonal focus.  

What are your hours of operation?

We are currently offering dinner service. Please see your building's hours on the Buildings page (varies per location) for specific hours of operation.

What is curfew for ordering on a weekday?

Room Service is available until 9pm. Residents can pick-up their order until 9:30pm.

How long is the wait time?

Chef prepares your meal for delivery within 20-30 minutes.

Is there a benefit to “pre-ordering”?

Yes, sometimes we run out of certain popular items by the end of the night.
